On March, 21 2008 specialized auction on selling of ordinary shares KZ1C34560017 of “Khabar” Agency JSC permitted to circulation of special trade ground of regional financial center of Almaty (STG RFCA) in sector “Non-listing securities”, took place at the special trade ground of regional financial center of Almaty (STG RFCA).

Share holding of 570 848 ordinary shares of “Khabar” Agency JSC was exposed for auction, it is 49,99% from common volume of released and placed shares. This share holding was purchased by “Samgau” National Scientific-Technological Holding” JSC during competitive auction in accordance with rules of specialized auction that was held in KASE system.

Purchasing of shares of “Khabar” Agency by “Samgau” National Scientific-Technological Holding” is part of strategy of holding on constructing of vertically integrated informational-technological company.
